Dear f-Stop viewers,

Our photo story this week is on the Fox television show, "So You Think You Can Dance." No, we weren't at the filming, but when the top 10 dancers from the Fox show performed at Agganis Arena on Saturday, Sept. 22, we were in the front row next to the giddy preteens capturing Neil and Sarah's best disco performance.

In other news, Boston has been racked with unseasonably hot weather. In fact, you're probably sweating as you read this. The ice cream man is still out selling Snoopy popsicles and Flintstones Push-Up Pops and Bostonians are filling up the parks in droves to enjoy the weather.

Finally, the return of students could only mean the return of relevance for Boston. Publishers are sending their best and brightest to speak to area universities. Reporter Jane-Velez-Mitchell visited Boston University to talk about her new book. Author Garrison Keillor visited Northeastern University to promote his new book. Harvard also hosted a panel on the General Petraeus' report delivered to Congress last week.
